💬 In Spain, [inglés] is pronounced with a clear [gl] sound, not like English [ng]. Also, the written [h] in [hablas] is silent: say it roughly like (AH-blas een-GLAYS).

💬 Spanish often uses [estar + -ando/-iendo] for an action in progress: [estoy aprendiendo] = "I'm learning." You can reuse the pattern with other verbs, like [estoy buscando] for "I'm looking for."

💬 After [puedes], Spanish uses the plain verb form: [repetir], not a changed form like "to repeats." The same pattern works in [¿puedes ayudarme?] and [¿puedes esperar?].

🇪🇸 This is understandable, but as a direct command it can sound a bit abrupt with strangers. In Spain, [¿Puedes hablar más despacio?] usually lands softer and more natural.
